چکیده
Abstract Lisianthus (Eustoma grandiflorum) is an ornamental species used as a potted plant or cut flower, its popularity due to the diversity of colors, number flower buds, and shelf life. Nevertheless, during first phases development, problems such foliar chlorosis root diseases affects most cultivars, causing poor growth, thin stems, few flowers. The use growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) improved growth these microbes colonize system root. Therefore, in order provide better conditions for stem aim this work was evaluate individual combined effect Bacillus subtilis Glomus intraradices on postharvest quality stems lisianthus cv. Mariachi. Then commercial product Alubión-X (Bacillus fungus (Glomus intraradices) were used. variables evaluated height diameter, area, leaves postharvest, buds number, open diameter flowers dry weight. results showed significant inoculation G. size (66.92 cm) stem, well combination B. + (65.51 compared control (36.9 cm). treated with 33.35 23.9 respectively significantly higher than control. alone best option applying lisianthus, when Subtilis.

The Effect of Different Concentrations of Potassium and Calcium of Nutrient Solution on Growth and Flowering of Lisianthus (Eustoma Grandiflorum (Raf.) Shiann
To investigate the effects of nutrient-solution concentrations of potassium (K) and calcium (Ca), as well as different ratios of K/Ca, on growth and flowering of lisianthus (Eustoma grandiflorum) under soilless culture conditions, a factorial experiment was conducted with two factors including two K levels (300 and 400 mg/L) and three Ca levels (80, 100 and 160 mg/L). Results showed that K= 400...
متن کاملTreatment with Essential Oils Extends the Vase Life of Cut Flowers of Lisianthus (Eustoma grandiflorum)
Lisianthus (Eustoma grandiflorum cv. ‘Mriachii Blue’) is one of the most important and marketable cut flowers in the world. However, a relatively limited vase life reduces its marketability. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effects of essential oils in extending vase life of cut flowers of Lisianthus. For this purpose a factorial experiment based on a completely randomized desig...

متن کاملStudy on Effects of Ascorbic Acid and Citric Acid on Vase Life of Cut Lisianthus (Eustoma grandiflorum) ‘Mariachi Blue’
The postharvest life of cut Eustoma grandiflorum flowers is limited in open flowers. Therefore a factorial experiment based on a completely randomized design with ascorbic acid (AsA) at 4 levels (0, 100, 200, 300mg L-1) and citric acid (CA) at 3 levels (0, 100, 200 mg L-1) with 3 replications and 3 samples for each replications, was conducted for this purpose. Results indicated that a significa...
